The two agents I spoke to Kenny Larson and Gail (not sure last name) were extremely kind straight forward and helpful..I believe the process of signing up went as quickly and easily as it could have which was great. He took the time to read everything to me. I have never had anyone to do that for me. He is the reason why I chose to go through with this program. I rate him 7 stars on a scale of one to five. He is a great asset to your company. He needs a raise. He was very professional. He gave great customer service.
Alex was amazing. He made me feel supported and comfortable through the whole conversation. He was very reassuring and made this huge mountain feel more like a hill.
